RETURN POLICY
You may return new, un-installed items (except un-returnable items) sold and fulfilled by OnScene Solutions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please call 970-212-3660 or email orders@onscenesolutions.com and we will guide you through the process. Items returned without a valid RGA# with be refused – NO EXCEPTIONS.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE
- Aluminum Cargo Slides: All cargo slide products are custom made to customer-requested specifications; due to this fact, these items are non-returnable.
- Aluminum Rub Rail: All rub rails are custom made to customer-requested specifications; due to this fact, these items are non-returnable.
DELIVERY METHOD
All non-custom purchased items will be shipped via Fed Ex ground, Air or Freight usually within 3 business days. Special order items that are manufactured to the customers specific dimensions usually ship within 3 weeks from the date of order. Holidays and special request products may extend shipping/delivery times.
